Powers: Nocturne is a Mora he has the ability to feed on and manipulate fear. He can take away your fear, but he can also make it rise. Nocturne has the ability to poison you his bite or rot you alive from a distance. These are powers found only in his line. In life he was a Necomancer with an affinity with the undead and the power to raise Zombies. In death he retained his affinity with the undead but he lost his ability to raise the old dead he can only raise the recently dead.
History: Nocturne grew up a Lord of the British Crown, it was a privileged but he always wanted more. He sought to rise above his station through what hebelieved to be his greatest gift his body at a banquet he encounted a lovely woman although he quested for power he was shy because she bristled with power the kind that makes a ruler. Yet when he spoke to her he found that his fears seemed to be gently swept away. When she took him to her bed to bed him she showed him terror and life free from it and before the night was over he was dead his soul left and he was reborn a being of blood lust and magic. He steadily grew in power over the years until he found that His lady's magic no longer held him when he told her. She turned him from his bed and sent him into the world a Master.
